We just completed our first year back as a society, and we were able to clean out, paint, install new lighting, and organize our Museum and reopen. We participated in the 4th of July parade, and held a number of tours at the Little Red School House, as well as hosting monthly speaker meetings at a number of locations throughout town. We also were able to participate in local events and special occasions around town.
We were proud to be able to once again obtain and sell 2023 calendars as a fundraiser for the society. In keeping with technology, we created a new email, a Facebook page, Instagram, and now we are working on this website.
Thanks to all of our volunteers, we were able to pull all of this off. We are still looking for volunteers to help us with the museum, assist with hospitality at our meetings, help with cleanup at the Little Red School House, participate in the parade, and maybe there is some other talent you can share to help us out.
