The museum is in the former Eagle Rescue and Engine building located at 4389 Albany Post Road, (Route 9) Hyde Park N.Y. 12538.
The museum is currently closed for the season, but can be available by appointment. EMAIL us for group tours or special occasions.
There is no admittance fee, and it is open to the public for anyone interested in the history of our wonderful town or doing research. Donations are accepted and appreciated. You can email us with any questions to hydeparkhistoricalsociety1821@gmail.com
We also welcome volunteers to become part of the group that make it possible to be open for visitors. There is so much you can learn by volunteering at our museum.

The memorabilia on display is from donations from local townspeople, which is part of our local history. We rotate these displays periodically, so there is always something new to see.
